A 3D ocean wave simulation rendering created in Cinema 4D and After Effects.
This is just a quick ocean wave simulation that I created from some techniques that I learned on a few sites. I like the spray action of the water using thinking particles in Cinema 4D and the fabric quality of the water surface. The tool/plugin I used was called Hot4D for Cinema 4D.
This is one of the cool things that I love about Cinema 4D. It has the ability to expand and become more than what you expected. I stumbled into this when I needed to find a good way to create a realistic water surface without going through the process of getting an expensive plugin.
What do you think about this quick treatment? I’m putting more content out shortly.
I use this tool for all my motion design – Wacom Intuos Tablet If you don’t have one of these you’re missing out on one of my biggest secrets.
