A video I created to visualize the proportional scale differences between 8K vs 4K vs 1080p vs 720p and Standard Definition screen resolutions.
While there is no standardized definition for HD, it is accepted that any video image with substantially more than 480 vertical lines in North America or 576 vertical lines in Europe is considered to be HD or high-definition.
